Payment options

We sell our licenses online only. All prices are subject to applicable tax & service charges. We list prices in US dollars, but you can pay for a license using a different currency.

We deliver licenses electronically after receiving the payment. We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you decide that Docotic.Pdf is not worth the money you spent on it, then just write us a letter. We'll refund your order without asking questions.

PayPro Global

We sell our licenses via PayPro Global. It accepts credit/debit cards, PayPal and other digital wallets, wire/bank transfers, and other methods. Some payment methods may only be available for certain countries and currencies.

Taxes

PayPro Global automatically calculates all applicable taxes during the purchase process. The result depends on your country, bank, and VAT/GST ID or Taiwan Tax ID. The same ID is used to detect the tax-exempt status of your organization.

When placing your order, please make sure you enter your ID in the Tax number / VAT ID field.

Wire transfers

PayPro Global offers Wire Transfer as one of the payment options. When using this method, you receive a proforma invoice before the payment.

In order for us to receive your payment in full, you must cover any transfer related fees which are to be paid to your bank on top of the amount you are sending to PayPro Global.

Most banks charge a fee for initiating a bank transfer. You should always contact your bank directly to ask if and how much they charge for initiating the transfer of your funds.

When making a SWIFT international transfer, field 71A on the form provided by your bank asks who will pay the transfer fees. You should always select "OUR" to avoid banks deducting additional fees for your transfer after completing your payment. You must also include the order ID in you wire payment details (field 70).

We may reject any incomplete payment. If we decide to accept your incomplete payment, you will receive a tax invoice with a sum less than in the proforma invoice.

Purchase orders

We do not accept purchase orders. As an alternative, you can place your order with Wire Transfer as the payment method. You will receive a proforma invoice before making the payment. Another option is to use a reseller.

Invoice before purchase

To receive a pro forma invoice before the payment, please select Wire Transfer as the payment option.

Tax exemption

You can get tax off your purchase if your organization has the tax-exempt status.

PayPro Global can automatically detect the status in some cases. Please enter your company VAT/GST ID or Taiwan Tax ID in the Tax number / VAT ID field at the time of placing the order. See Taxes section for more information.

For US shoppers, you can send a tax-exempt documentation to accounting@payproglobal.com. PayPro Global will validate the documentation and give you the Sales Tax Exempt ID. You can use this ID during the checkout to avoid tax. PayPro Global can also refund the sales tax if you already paid without the Sales Tax Exempt ID.

Resellers

You can also ask a reseller to purchase a license for you. Sometimes this is the only option if you have some strict purchase policies or other requirements.

After the payment

After receiving the payment, PayPro Global will send you the tax invoice for the purchase.

Shortly after that, we will send you an email with your license key. If it's not available in order details, we may ask you for additional information like your company name and website URL. We will generate your license key after receiving this information.

Does the license expire?

The license does not expire. Each license includes one year of support and updates.

You don't need to or have to renew the license. Your software will keep working even if you do not renew the license.

You can use any new version of Docotic.Pdf released within 12 months after your purchase. To use a version released after the 12 months, you would need to renew your license.

Renewing your licence

Renewal price is $3,495.

You can renew your license any time. Before the maintenance period end or after it.

When you renew more than a year after your purchase, you get 12 months of maintenance, starting from the date of the renewal.

If you renew your license before the maintenance period end, the remaining part of your maintenance period won't be lost. You get plus one year to your maintenance period.

To renew your license, please contact us first. We will look up your previous order and send you the corresponding renewal link.

You will receive a new license key(s) after renewing your license. Your previous license key(s) will continue to work as before. The new keys won't affect your already deployed solutions.

Upgrading your license

Ultimate+ is our most advanced license level. There are no upgrade options for this type of licenses.
