Native AOT compatibility fixes in Jpeg2000.Net 2.3

We released Jpeg2000.Net 2.3 on our site and on NuGet.

The new release contains fixes for AOT compatibility issues and trim warnings. As a side-effect, we removed from the library the ability to detect and use loggers automatically. The feature used reflection, and that does not play nicely with Native AOT support.

We also fixed some bugs in the new version.
